Redesigning the consumer experience for insurance quotes
A prominent Insurtech, recognized as one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing personal lines insurance brokers, was looking to redesign their consumer experience for requesting insurance quotes. The primary goal of the redesign was to create a flexible application architecture that would allow their Product Marketing team to perform dynamic A/B testing of various user flows and customizations of new features. Another key goal was to significantly reduce the time from an initial quote request to when an agent contacted the user.
Streamlined architecture, modular design, phased implementation
